Terms of Service

1. Your account

One account per person, with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. The same login works across the store, the forum, and the engine's store integration. You must be at least 16, or have a guardian's consent.

2. The subscription

• Sektor Complete costs $14.95 per month and unlocks the full asset library while active.
• It renews automatically each month through Stripe or PayPal until you cancel. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Assets you already used in projects remain licensed for those projects after cancellation, as described in the Asset Store License.
• If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Starting to download store assets during those 14 days constitutes a request for immediate performance; withdrawal then covers the unused remainder. For billing issues, contact us and we will sort it out.

3. Store content

Asset usage rights, restrictions (including the ban on redistributing raw assets and on using assets as AI training data), and provenance labeling are governed by the Asset Store License, which is part of these terms.

4. The forum and your content

• Be decent. No harassment, spam, illegal content, or malware. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this.
• Content you post remains yours; you grant us the license needed to display and distribute it on the forum.
• Do not post other people's copyrighted work without permission. Rights holders can report infringement via the forum.

5. API tokens and fair use

Engine access tokens from your dashboard are personal. Do not share them or use the API to scrape, redistribute the library, or circumvent subscription checks. We may rate-limit or revoke tokens that abuse the service.

6. The service

We aim to keep the site, store, and forum available and continuously improved, but they are provided as is, without uptime guarantees, and features may change during early access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or forum, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights in your country.
