Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what we deliberately do not. Last updated July 14, 2026.
The short version
This site runs no ad trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, and no marketing pixels. We collect what an account and a subscription genuinely need, we never see your card numbers, and we never sell data. Traffic statistics come from our own server logs, not from following you around.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your display name, email address, and a securely hashed password. Never the password itself.
- Subscription status: whether your plan is active, and customer references from our payment providers.
- Payments: processed entirely by Stripe or PayPal under their own privacy policies. Card and bank details never touch our servers.
- Server logs: like nearly every website, our web server records requests with IP addresses for security and aggregate statistics. Logs rotate away automatically after a short period.
- Session cookies: strictly functional, to keep you signed in across the store and forum. No cross-site tracking cookies exist here, which is why you see no cookie banner.
- Forum content: whatever you choose to post publicly.
- The launcher requests the public version manifest to check for updates. It sends no personal data and contains no telemetry.
2. What we use it for
Running your account, delivering the subscription, keeping the service secure, complying with bookkeeping law, and sending strictly transactional email (receipts, important account notices). No marketing email without explicit opt-in, and no automated profiling.
3. Who we share it with
Only the processors that make the service work: Stripe and PayPal for payments, and our hosting provider where the site and database run. We never sell or rent personal data, and nothing here is used to train AI systems.
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can export what you gave us. Deleting your account removes your personal data; bookkeeping records we are legally required to keep are retained for the statutory period. Contact us through the contact page and we will handle it promptly. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
5. Where data lives
Account and forum data are stored on our servers hosted in the EU. Stripe and PayPal process payments under their own international safeguards.
6. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will announce it on the site or forum. The data controller is Sektor Engine, Denmark.
